MG Rover Hub Launch @ NEC Classic Motor Show

There’s no better place to launch something new and exciting than at the heart of the UK’s biggest celebration of automotive heritage. This year’s NEC Classic Motor Show didn’t just shine a spotlight on iconic cars from across the decades – it also marked the official launch of MG Rover Hub, a brand-new community created by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts.

A Spectacular Stand in Partnership with Rover Owners Club

We partnered with the Rover Owners Club to create an impressive seven-car stand, showcasing a brilliant mix of classic and modern MG Rover vehicles. On display were:

  • Rover P6 – Owned by Iain

  • Rover 114 GSI – Owned by Iain

  • MG Metro – Owned by Alan

  • MG ZR – Owned by Sam

  • MG ZT – Owned by Sophie

  • Rover 75 – Owned by Phillip

  • MG 6 – Owned by Jake

The variety perfectly captured the breadth of the MG Rover story, from heritage favourites to modern interpretations.

A Weekend of Momentum and Community

Across the weekend, we welcomed almost 50 new members, including YouTube star Mike Fernie. We also had the chance to speak with a wide range of companies and organisations within the automotive world.

It was a fantastic opportunity to introduce people to the new Hub, chat with fellow enthusiasts, and share our vision for the future of MG Rover ownership.
